Sheik Muhammed Asad is working in the field of water disaster and management field for the last 2 years. He has always been working on water scarcity and management issues in his region and has also been working as a local pathway fellow to work on water challenges in the slums of Karachi. He worked with academia, government, and non-government stakeholders to tackle the water challenges my city is facing.
Besides being a judge for the Challenge Sheikh Muhammed is also an active ambassador of the UN 2023 Gamechanger Challenge
Why did you join the UN2023 GCC as Youth Jury?
I want to not just promote the challenge but also help our young generation to make it successful, being a jury will not only help me to help our participants but also to connect with them and know what kind of water challenges and perspectives they bring to the table.
